At ICICMANIPAL ACADEMY, we maintain a strict No Refund & No Return Policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants.

1. No Refund Policy

• Once a course is purchased and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

o Change of mind.

o Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons.

o Technical issues caused by the participant’s device or internet connection.

o Partial usage of the course or dissatisfaction with training style (since sample content is available before purchase).

2. Exchange Policy (Within 5 Days)

• If you wish to switch to another course of equal or higher value, you must request an exchange within 5 days of enrollment.

• For higher-value courses, the price difference must be paid before switching.

• Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be processed after the 5-day period.

3. Course Access Termination

• In cases of misconduct, policy violations, or misuse of course content, access may be terminated without refund.
