1. Enrollment & Payments

• Full payment is required before course access is granted.

• Fees must be paid through approved payment methods.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Course Access & Usage

• You will receive login credentials for online courses; these are for your personal use only and must not be shared.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our course materials is prohibited.

• Any misuse of course access may result in suspension without refund.

3. Scheduling & Changes

• Course schedules are subject to change; prior notice will be provided where possible.

• In unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, trainer unavailability), sessions may be rescheduled.

4. Placement Assistance

• We provide skill training and placement support but do not guarantee job offers.

• Performance in interviews and selection decisions are solely at the discretion of the hiring organization.

5. Limitation of Liability

• ICICMANIPAL ACADEMY is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s end (internet failure, device malfunction).

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course usage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
